Nested Popup & Repeating Group - bug?

Hi all,

Long time lurker first time poster. This one has me puzzled. See image:

I cannot drag either of these outside of Group Main Content. This has never happened to me in my 2 years of Bubbling.

Any obvious things I should double check or is this a bug?

Have the same issue. You need to make sure that the element is created on the page level.

What you can do is copy and paste with workflows back onto the page.
