Definitely one step in the right direction! However, without the option to copy styles from one app to another (apart from inline), I think this misses the mark.
I was looking forward to use this feature to create a boilerplate app where I define all my styles and have it act as a UI kit of sorts, but that isn’t possible without this addition.
Styles should be able to be bought on marketplace and imported into apps

Did you ever figure this out? @kate.mcnally update didn’t address this question. It looks it has t be the same account as I just tested it out in both ways and it only worked under the same account.

I even have the same account and multiple collaborators. Copy to another app brings me nothing to paste at all.

I have been finding that even basic copy functionality is buggy within the same app. If I right click an element and copy it and paste it, sometimes (seemingly randomly) it just doesn’t paste. I have to find the element in the element tree and copy and paste from there.

Hi Victor, I found I can fix the issue by DOWNGRADING my app from Bubble v29 to Bubble v27
I just realized we were on version 25 for the bubble engine, LOl

Hey! Is there a way to view the JSON that is being saved when we click on “Copy To Another App”?
I found this extension called Basis which has a decent library: Basis Library
I am trying to build my own asset library for Bubble, but I can’t figure out how they allow copy pasting elements from the extension to Bubble without having an editor open.
I’ve used AI | Bubble to generate a really nice-looking landing page that I wanted to copy in my application. I used the copy to another app option for the elements in the AI generated page and it did copy in my app.
However all the groups and elements lost their names. In the AI generated page they are well named and can easily be referenced, in my app, everything has lost its name. See below: (AI page on the right, my page on the left)
I now see that there is an option directly in my app to generate a page with AI so that solves my problem. But the issue with the copying still is relevant.
This does not seem to work when copying from a dedicated app to a regular app. Is it supposed to?
