Sorry about that.
LOVE this Plug-in! Great job!!!
Thanks for reporting. Unfortunately, this issue is not reproducing on our side. Could you please make sure that everything has been configured properly, first. However, if you still encounter the same issue, please share more details like screenshots and/or screencast of your app and workflows, plugin configurations, the exact steps to reproduce this error, describe what youāre trying to accomplish with this plugin. This way, we can get a better troubleshooting to see whether it is a plugin related issue or not, then provide feedback on this matter asap.

Thank you so much @yusaney1 even though the UI in azure is a little different now, you video helped me with my azure account and now i am able to use this plugin without problems.
Cheers!!!
Carlos
Hey @ZeroqodeSupport , this plugin is working great, and thanks to @yusaney1 I was able to make it work with Azure.
Now, I am having a little problem, when I upload a file with the same name of a file that has been previously uploaded file get overwrite and only the new file remains in the azure container.
So now I ask you, is there a way to rename the files before the get uploaded, even better if they can be dynamic renamed or is there a way to setup azure to automatically save a new file with the same name of an existing file in the container and add a 01, 02, 03, 04, ⦠text at the end of the name so we keep every single file uploaded?
Thank you so much.
Carlos
Hi @caeroa,
Thanks for feedback. Unfortunately, it seems to be an issue on our side. Please let our development team investigate then fix where it is required. Weāre going to notify you on this matter asap!
Best regards,
Zeroqode Team
Thanks @ZeroqodeSupport , I will be waiting for the fix. Thanks.
Hi @caeroa,
Weāre reaching out with an update. Our team has managed to fix this problem. Please upgrade the plugin to the latest version, refresh your app and give it a try. You should be able to upload files with the same name in Azure container, and they will get uploaded to the server with their unique filename.
Thanks for your patience.
Best regards,
Zeroqode Team
Has anyone gotten this plugin to work? Iāve spent almost two hours looking at their demo page and documentation trying to get it to work. I can see the file being added to my database but the image does not show up under the image or file data fields. It would be great if someone could create a video tutorial or better documentation that @ZeroqodeSupport has on their site.
Hi @bubble17,
Thanks for reaching out. Could you please provide more details on your issues with our plugin, so we can get a better understanding then provide working solutions asap. Details such as:
You can also check the editor here, to preview how everything is set up and perhaps replicate if you will. You just have to select one of the 4 servers and apply the appropriate keys from respective platform accounts, whether it is Azure, Uploadcare or Filestack. Then configure the property editor settings as you like and youāre good to go.
Weāll try to replicate the issue on our side then get back to you asap.
Best regards,
Zeroqode Team
Hi Zeroqode,
Does this plugin allow for large file uploads to azure? Such as the new 5Gig amount that bubble now accepts?
Thank you
G
Hi, there!
Thanks for reaching out!
Let us check this out and weāll get back to you asap.
Thanks for understanding!
Best,
Zeroqode Team
With our plugin, you are able to set the FileSize and Total FileSize, but it would be required just to set it in MB or KB:
But the storage capacity of Azure really depends on your account.
You can check our demo editor here - redubleplugins | Bubble Editor, to preview all setups and see how plugin works. As well as check pluginās documentation here - https://docs.zeroqode.com/plugins/multi-uploader-plugin for more information and useful guidance.
Best regards,
Zeroqode Team
ok, so thereās no bubble file size limitation of 5 gigs? The limitation depends on the storage company (like azure / uploadcare)?
Thank you,
G
Hi @gilles,
Sorry for misunderstanding. The Bubbleās file size limitation of 5GB is correct, but with our plugin it shouldnāt be an issue because you are able to set your FileSize as you like, and the storage itself depends on the platform Azure/Uploadcare/Filestack, right.
But weāre afraid there might be an issue with our plugin on this matter, because Bubble lets you upload files in a time of ~ 30 seconds and throws an error if it is taking more time to load, so there might be a complication by using our plugin with larger files. But please let our development team investigate and youāll get the exact information as soon as possible.
Thanks in advance for your patience.
Best regards,
Zeroqode Team
ok, sounds good.
Iām working off of an old memory / post (couple years ago) that some of the upload plugins were limited by the file size that bubble had.
Glad we can work off of the platformās size, which makes it easier to upload and store large files and not take up bubble aws space.
Thanks for looking into and updating the app to fix the 30 second time out.
G
@ZeroqodeSupport, is there anyway to add an option to disable the manual upload button?
Hi guys,
@gilles we are reaching out with a small update on work progress. Our team is still working on this matter, but we managed to identify there might be a complication with Bubble plan that you have. The Hobby plan, for instance, has a limitation of 2GB File Storage so it might now allow to upload files larger than 2GB. The idea is that neither our Multi-Uploader plugin nor library which it is based on do not have any limitations, but there is Bubble in-between that can cause some trouble. If youād like to upload files larger than 5GB, it would require paid plan to run things smoothly, but this we are still investigating to be sure whether or not you can use our plugin to meet your needs.
Weāre going to notify you back with another update asap.
@mike2 could you please specify what manual button you refer to. In case you mean disabling this one:

Weāre afraid it is not possible with our plugin. But there is a workaround that might help. You can use this checkbox:

And it will start to upload automatically.

Zeroqode Team
