To add our Support Team as a collaborator, you need to do the following steps in the Bubble Editor:

Settings > Collaboration > Add email support@zeroqode.com

Note: avoid the warning message regarding the plan, as we are an agency and you can easily add us to your collaborators.

I’ve added support@zeroqode.com as a collaborator.
I’ve also created page “multi-uploader-example” for your collaboration. Please ask your team only to make changes in this particular page.

What I need help with:

• Uploading multiple files and then saving them to a database, and each image should have its own image_height, image_width and its own file_size.

In this example I’ve uploaded 3 files, and here is the result:
(I’ve included a shot of how the files are being saved in the database)

As you can see:

• Image_height and Image_width are added with a “,” for the second and third uploaded image.
• Size: all images have different file_sizes but for some reason the plugin is getting the size for the last image and saving it for ALL uploaded images.

• Do you need to upload a list of files separately ( each file = new entry), where each file will be indicated the height and width;
• A list of files is uploaded in one entry, so you will find the list of height and width for reach files in one entry.

• Sorry, didn’t understand what you mean… I see that the last file gets a list of all the width and height… but there’s no way to know the exact order of the uploaded files cause they’re not uploaded in order (the first file uploaded is saved first, and so on…) And I also have problem with the file size… all the files get the same file size…

Unfortunately, this issue was reproduced by our plugin. The root cause of the issue will be analyzed within your application and fixed at the nearest time.

Can I make the files private?

By default, uploaded files are visible to anyone who has the link to the file. However, you for sure can add additional security for it in your DataBase by configuring the privacy rules.

Which texts can I translate (including the “Uploading” text)

In case you are speaking about the language of the Bubble Editor, please note that it could be changed in the “Settings Tab” of the Editor.
As for the front-end side of the application and text visible to your users, you can use any convenient for you language.

Anyone else experiencing the “clear after upload” issue even after the update? It’s driving me insane.

Nice plugin functionality.
Just one thing is that looks like Upload percentage in showing only 1 and 100. That’s confusing users looking at progress bar when still nothing happen till the end. Also tried it on a text to get the current state during uploading and see only 0 and 100. (Or I’m missing something?)

And I would vote for adding feature of adding initial content, to show which are already in a base, to have ability to delete them or add new.

more info:

• in a fixed group with other elements, clear after upload works after the first use on a new page refresh, fails on subsequent uses

• in a row or column group, clear after update never works, not even on first use after page refresh.

• in a fixed group alone, behaviour seems erratic. Sometimes clear after upload works for two uses, sometimes none.

• in no case does the element height expand to accommodate other elements in the group. Not sure if this is by design or not.
