No access to custom state of reusable element

Hello!
I need to access a custom state reusable element. I set up a custom stata on the reusable element itself as in the picture.

But I can’t access this custom state on another page. Can you please tell me what could be the problem.

What do you mean you can’t access it?

Can you elaborate on the problem (maybe some screenshots of what you’re trying to do…)

I mean that on the Index page I want to open a popup as soon as the custom state reusable elements are set to yes. But I don’t see this element (reus) in my list.
