I am getting the “Oops, that doesn’t look like a valid email” popup when trying to login to my app.
It’s valid, in the database and also one of my admin emails, so, I’m confused and cannot find why it’s triggers that system popup.
Any suggestions are appreciated!
Be sure that you are using the correct field in the workflow to reset password.
And also, which DB are your looking? Dev or Live? Because the screenshot show live. So be sure to use the same DB when you are looking
