Only scroll a group not full page?

Hello, i have a popup with two groups and the left group has a table with some information and more below it, i would like to scroll the left group of the mouse is on the group and not the full popup, is this possible? any easy way?

After some digging i found it, make sure to set a fixed hight or max hight on the group.
