Hello anyone can help or suggest a way to display SEO based on the element data?

Based on this photo, I cannot seem to find my element from the list.
I am using URL Router for Navigation for this page as a blog.

When user click share page, the SEO title is showing my generic webpage Title. I want to be able to change my SEO Title based on the URL.

Thanks so much for the response here. Is Google actually picking up these descriptions? I’m a non-developer with limited SEO knowledge, but have read others’ concerns on the forum that Google’s bots would not wait long enough for dynamic data to be pulled from the DB when indexing. Can you confirm that you’ve seen results?
