For the past 15 days, our app has been loading very inconsistently.
I’m referring to the initial load, which randomly takes anywhere from 10 to 90 seconds.
Navigation itself is smooth.
We investigated the Network tab. There seems to be a 20–50 second gap during which nothing happens, as if a service call is not going through and eventually times out.
Even after removing groups, the issue remains similar.
This has become very urgent, as the problem is occurring in both development and production.

Tried to update browsers, ask to users in different countries, … the loading time seems to vary. Today in our test, we had 8sec to 98sec to load the same page, using the same data and browser.
Already submit a support request but I don’t find any relevant answer.
Could it be the server used by bubble?
Hi @thecliff Yeah, that sounds really frustrating. If the delay is happening on initial load and persists even after simplifying the page, it’s likely a server-side or platform issue rather than something in your app. A few things you can try: make sure any API calls or external services aren’t slowing the page, and check if there are any heavy “Do a search for” operations on page load. Otherwise, since it’s affecting both dev and live, the fastest route is to contact Bubble support with your logs and timestamps, they can usually identify if it’s a temporary slowdown or a deeper issue on their end.
