Parent/child users

Scenario:

  • Only the parent user needs an email address (or has an email address.)
  • The child users either rely on the parent email or can have sub-accounts without an email.

Looking for ideas on how to set this up, thanks!

Create a family field of user list type in Users. You will just let parent create another account(s) via form and when he saves the account it gets added to the family field besides parent. This way parent will always have access to users in family field and therefore kid’s account. Obviously, you need to see if this set up works for your use case.
