Does anyone else see reliability issues when they select “limit image size before upload”?

On mobile (Safari iOS), the application seems to crash about 10% of the time. Mainly when the “take picture” option is selected.

Previously I let full size images upload. But I wanted to reduce the upload time, which works, and now it seems to crash the app.

Anyone else see this before?

Update: I switched back to allowing full size images. The reliability issues remain…the app still crashed 10% of the time.

Since the reliability issues are NOT from the resizing, does anyone else have any experience with improving reliability on a SPA for mobile?
