Please help!
I have managed to setup the CoPilot Plaid plugin to work as required in sandbox however when I switch over to production (as I understand that development is no longer supported by Plaid) the ‘get bank account’ step looks like it almost initialises and then doesn’t…. I am at a loss as to why this might be? When set to sandbox it opens the plaid link screen and happily takes the path through to connecting an account.
