Plugin Refunds?

Good Morning,

Quick Question. If we subscribe to a plugin and try to intregrate it with our app and for whatever reason it doesn’t work can we uninstall and get a prorated refund for the remained of the month? For example if we uninstall a $10 a month plugin in the first day because it just doesn’t work, do we end up paying the $10 for the whole month or do we get a refund of like $9.50 back when unsubscribed?

You just pay for the time you used the plugin, so you’ll get a credit if you paid a full month for the following one, or will only get charged for the time period.


Does this apply for apps on hobby plans?

Yes, any plugin subscriptions unless they are one-time payments
