PolyfillJS error on page load

I have a bubble application where I test my plugins and other collaborators also post their plugin for demo of their plugins
Now this error message is coming on every page load of the application : Failed to load resource: net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED
Now When I submit my plugin for submission which is working perfectly (actually there are two plugins), it gets rejected. The bubble says this error must be resolved even though other collaborators are able to publish their plugin with ease.
I need to know what can be the root cause of this error and why bubble is giving this reason even though it is not causing any issue to the plugin

The url you are using is wrong. Check the url and fix it. Are you using polyfill.js in your plugin?

I am not using the polyfill JS in my plugin and my plugin has no relation to this library

Do you have another plugin installed in this app?
