Pre-generated task template help?

I want my app to have a pre-built task template of around 100 tasks with full Titles, Descriptions, etc.

When a user creates a new account, I’d like their account to be populated with all of those tasks.

Is the only way to do this to create a workflow that individually adds each task one by one to the user’s account?

I’d rather break it into “system templates” and “user templates”

And then use a do search for merge with on the lists

Saving a ton of dB and complexities
