Pricing guidance for bubble agency?

1. What information will I need to present to the community to vet what “fair price” should be a bubble agency to build my specific application?
2. Building a comparison tool that webscrapes from multiple public data bases using bubble. How much do you think an agency should be charging me? Good price? Market price? Overpriced?

It depends on the agency it does not have a fixed price, there are agencies can do it for you in a variant of $ 3000 and more.
