At this moment the profile page presents the information of the “current user” when I am logged in.
The problem is that when I am not logged in the information disappears and I would like this information to be visible according to the url of the public profile page.

How can I do that?

You need to set the type of content of the profile page to be a User.

Then everything on that page would reference “Current page User’s X”

When you’re navigating a User to the profile page, you want to make sure you’re sending the User data in the workflow.

Might showing us your workflows, and your page settings for the profile page?
