QR Code Scanner using API

Hello everyone,

I have been using a plugin for scanning QR codes on a ticketing platform that I made on here. The plugin now is glitching and doesn’t work anymore and I was wondering if it is possible to use an external api of a QR code reader to read a QR code and then store the data in a custom state. Essentially if there is an alternative to the plugins that would be greatly appreciated.

There are many services available with let’s you use API to send the QR code and get the data back, after you get the data back just set a workflow action to set a state.
