[Quality of Life] - Add bottom border/line in "Fields for type" interface

As shown in the screenshot, its very tricky to see which action buttons on the right correspond to which field on the left when using a large monitor. If I want to comment or delete a field, I always have to resize my browser down so I don’t accidentally click the wrong button.
Adding some sort of border or having even/odd background variation would make this so much easier.
