There is a template that I want to add to an app that I want to create. I saw this app for sale and I really wanted to include a FORUM page into my app. The type of forum page I want is similar to this one here we are typing on. I saw an a template on here titled 805Forum, which does just that. My question is, if I input this forum can I keep this app forever without having to pay a monthly fee?
Also, the only thing I would like to add is my own logo at the top of the page and I wouldn’t want the creator’s logo. Can I modify that template?

Yes. You buy it once and it’s yours to keep. You can use it as many times as you want for free. No monthly fee for the template itself. Pretty cool huh. 
Yes, you can easily change the image to match whatever you want. The full forum is customizable.
Just like any app you make here, if you want to get rid of the banner you have to pay for a personal plan which is paid to bubble and not the template maker. If you just add it as a base to whatever app you are building then there is not extra cost at all to use it.
You can use the forum template as a good start for every app you make and just build onto it fairly easily.

I think the SALE ended yesterday though. Still pretty cheap compared to anything else out there though. Only $20 one time. Saves you a bunch of time instead of building your own.

after you download it, it reads “Bought” in the template store. Where does it go once I have clicked on Download? I have not been able to use it because it does not appear anywhere for me under “My templates”. And in the store, it does not allow me to download it again because it already shows bought? What am I doing wrong? Where has it downloaded to?
When you go create a new app, you have the option of using it as a starting point. You need to create a new app to be able to choose it.

Thanks a million. I have been banging my head trying to figure out how to do a group messaging component from scratch because I could not find this downloaded template. No closer today than I was yesterday. Hopefully, I can make some progress with the Pastel Messaging.
