Kia Ora Folks. I flagged an issue with my native app with bubble support 3 weeks ago today, the app is live and one page has just started crashing. We’ve got users on our platform reporting the crash and embarrassingly I have to say “we’re working on it” when it’s now been 3 weeks, I’ve emailed bubble a few times and they get back to me saying “we’re aware of the urgency but don’t have an update” I’m not looking for an app fix here but more a cautionary tale really. our business is just completely in the hands of bubble and they aren’t taking us seriously. if you’re thinking of building an app in bubble then it’s probably worth considering this as I’m in a really awkward position here.
Hi there mike, I’m connecting internally with our support team to find more info. Sorry for the poor experience
hi @fede.bubble could you please help with the following Geo address issue as well?
It’s been five weeks now, and I’m still waiting for a fix.
me too @fede.bubble

thanks, I still haven’t heard anything though.
Unfortunately, this is the case for us too. We reported a similar bug (page crashing) on September 2nd, and as of today it remains unresolved
this sucks man, so what do you do with your business in the meantime?
It’s a client project, so we communicated that things unfortunately, are taking longer than expected… We have rebuilt that page multiple times, from vertical lists to Section lists, to only short lists, and even to a single group with a date selector. All of them crash.
And now Bubble expects us to subscribe to a monthly/annual plan for something that’s 1) not functional, 2) has no support whatsoever besides the “we haven’t heard back from our team”, 3) has no possibility to view the crash logs, so we can’t even try to debug it (as far as I know).
Same here, quite frustrating. The client app we haven’t been able to publish on Android has had silly issues over the past 5 weeks.
The loading screen was stuck on the first try, on the second try the UI was not rendering certain buttons, and on the third try Apple is rejecting the app because of unhandled errors when trying to log in.
We have been able to publish a few others. It’s just this one that’s a blocker.
Same for us. We have another mobile app that just works as expected - however it does render conditional colors differently on Android ![]()
yeah it’s not really on is it? what’s the alternative though? is flutterflow worth a try?
this is the reply i had from bubble yesterday, bear in mind this is 4 weeks since i logged the issue
Hi Mike,
We completely understand how impactful this is for your end-users, and we take that very seriously. We hold ourselves to high standards because we recognize the trust our users place in us.
I’ve already escalated this to our engineering team and marked it as a priority. Rest assured, they are aware of the urgency and will provide updates as soon as possible.
Thank you!
