Recursive sending of emails - Can't get it to work

I’ve followed the guides. I’ve read the tips. I’ve drunk the coffee. Still can’t get it to work.

I have 1,000 subscribers to my new bubble app. Things are going great. What’s the best way to send them a daily digest? Recursively, I gather. However, this setup is only sending a single email:

I’m also using Sendgrid API, if that makes any difference.
