Repeating group out of order?

Certain records in my repeating group seem to be out of order when compared to my database

How it shows up in the repeating group:

I need the order to be consistent - any guidance? For what it’s worth, 85% of the order between the database and repeating group seems to be consistent, but for some reason, a handful of records are out of order. Any help would be appreciated - thanks in advance!

In Repeating group user Sort by option to Created date/ modified date / name with Ascending or Desending yes or no on Search operation.
