Repeating groups - checked boxes

I have a series of checkboxes that when checked populate a repeating group - how do I populate returns from more than one checkbox in the one repeating group: when I click more than one checkbox the data returned in the repeating group only displays data related to the most recently checked box, and the data related to previously checked boxes is not visible… even though they are still checked…

if this makes sense.
