Reset inputs that are not in the work flow

Hi, can anyone point me in the right direction to be able to reset inputs that are NOT in the workflow?

reset the group data that those inputs are contained within

Its one item, do I need to put it in a group on its own?

if it is already in a group you can reset the group it is in…if that causes an issue then put it in its own group

Thanks, working now, I would have never of guessed you would have to put the input into a group of its own to be able to reset it. Thanks
