I’m following the standard procedure to reset the password.
The email is sent, when clicked it takes you to the ResetPW page.
I type and retype the new password, but the password is not changed.
There is some configuration to be done in the database.

What do you reset password setup look like?
Hi,
When the user presses forgot my password, it goes to a new page where. He enters the email and the password reset link is sent to him.
Enter 2 times in the new password, processing takes place but the password is not changed.
I did exactly what is shown in the Bubble password reset video.
