The “Reset Password” link that the customer receives in their email inbox is directing them to the “404” page while it should direct them to the “reset pw” page.
Help me please.

check the link in whatever workflow you have that is sending the reset password email. It’s obviously got the wrong URL 
I found the problem. With the layout ready and the creator entered this lead.
