Return Data from Api in Header

Now that there is node in server side action. How would one return api data in a custom header. Since the Return Data from Api in the Workflow api editor does not allow to post in the header.

I can simply receive in the api endpoint the key needed. However have to respond in the header with the secret to establish a webhook.
