RGs & "Do a Search for" not updating without refresh today

Totally the same case as mine, I have submitted bug report with video

My discussion with the support is not really paying off … Did anybody found a workaround ?

No, but I was also able to capture the issue today.

Are the RGs this is happening in for you guys inside reusable groups?

No. They are inside a group. The problem persist.the problem persist.

This is a regular affair with my application for months now. I had made a few posts and many in past have posted the same, but no real response from Bubble here.

At least this time there are so many who seem to be facing this problem, so I hope they would look into it. Earlier in my posts (Data on page not getting updated and Manual refresh button for RG data not much traction was there from the community)

We need to keep submitting reports until it gets fixed. If enough us of submit reports with reproduceable steps, it will get addressed.

This is a severe bug for many apps, but because it seems to only happen during a certain window of time it’s been overlooked and underreported.

How does this setup compare to the ones you guys are seeing this with? Even inside the affected window I’m not seeing this behavior in all my RGs, so it might speed things up if we’re able to identify commonalities in the context of the bug for each of us.

@aj11 on Saturday and Sunday everything is okay, but today the problem come back. It’s a disaster for application pool.

Another interesting facet of this, is that if you run the page in step-by-step debug mode, the bug no longer affects the RG. Only when running in real-time does this happen.

If you put debug_mode=true and go step by step the problem not happen.

in contact with bubble’s support team on friday, it looked like the problem had been solved. But today the problem returned. :sleepy:

The issue is dependent on day and time of day, might be related to workload on their system. It seems to be worst between 11am and 3pm EST Monday - Friday.

Probably the problem is in “Do a search for” and not specifically in Reapeting Group

Good call on that. I just added a “count” text with the same search as the RG, and I can confirm that you are correct, the issue lies with the “Do a search for” and not the RG itself.

I’m still experiencing this bug. Was pulling down data from an API with no problem last week and then RGs just stopped working. I even tried puling static data from my database and it just won’t display anything. I’m curious though - is the only happening on responsive engine pages?

Yes, they say they are working on it. We will see.

I’m on the classic version. I don’t think it matters.

@aj11 I did the same as you did, I build a simplified version of the part of my app that encounter this issue. Tested it this morning and it’s working well, same for my app, same for your test app … USA isnt wake up yet that’s probably why.

I’ll try again in a few hour.
