Schema.org markup scanning on client's email inboxes

Hello,

I’m wondering if anyone has experience of using schema.org markup from client’s inboxes to scan and send data through to your bubble DB.

I’m looking for a way to automatically scan our user’s inboxes for booking confirmation emails and invoices/quotes. I’ve looked into third-party OCR parsing solutions, but figure there might be an easier (and more cost-effective) way, like scanning the schema markup to get the booking information.

Additionally, I’m wondering how to allow users to opt-in to having their own email inboxes scanned automatically and connect them to our Bubble db.
