Search Box Display 2 Fields?

I have a simple search box which works well on my website, however as its presenting information from companies house with 5m+ records some additional info would help the user select the correct company.

I’d like to move from something like this (as is)

Look in to dynamic search or fuzzy search with a repeating group. are you searching CH live or have you pulled it to your database?
