The only thing I would add to this discussion without being overly negative…
look at the profit from the Too Good To Go app. It’s a hit and miss.
I would just suggest you study what they’ve found out and how it’s worked. The results in your country may be different. A lot of investment, and not a whole lot of profit to make it worthwhile?
A lot of factors go into leftover food at a restaurant. Employees get to take it home etc.
Just saying, do a careful study
