Send remainders to customers daily

Hello all,

I am building an bubble app, where my customers will sign/signup.

They will have to send an selfie each day that they are wake up at 6:am with time. If they don’t do that at time, I will need to send them automate remainders. And add $10 penalty to their account.

Please help me how I can achieve this.
