Sendgrid verification issues

Hi all.

I’m having issues with setting up Sendgrid x Bubble. I’ve got my API key, but when I verify it throws the error:

Error connecting to SendGrid: The from address does not match a verified Sender Identity. Mail cannot be sent until this error is resolved. Visit to see the Sender Identity requirements

I’ve researched this and tried to verify domain ownership in Sendgrid by adding the respective DNS records, but they’re not visible after being added in my registrar. I think this has something to do with Cloudflare, as I read about a similar (non-bubble) issue on Stackoverflow.

For additional context, I have records pointing to Zoho for mail, so not sure if this complicates things further. I’m not really a whizz when it comes to domain management.

Has anyone else faced issues with CNAME records / domain verification and has any advice?

Try setting the DNS records to DNS-only instead of proxied. If that doesn’t work, try Single Sender Verification instead of Domain Verification Sender Identity | Twilio. If that doesn’t work for you, it would help if you shared your DNS records here so we could debug this further.
