Sending Data from one bubble app to another bubble app

I have developed 2 mobile apps in bubble and I using @Natively .

App 1 - Designed for Students which populated with Educational Content, Videos, PDFs, PPTs. Etc.

App 2 - Homework app, where students can store notes and create notebooks.

What I want to Achieve
A user copy / copy-to-clipboard a “text” and Click a Floating Button Sends User to that App where they can store it as note.

Can this be achieved ??

Yeah, use the copy to clipboard free plugin and then use a navigation action to open external website in new tab, and url is the other apps url
