My page speeds are aggressively bad and I have no idea where to begin.
While using site auditing tools, it provides link to code that are cause trouble, but I’ve got no clue what to do with them.
Anyone have any idea on how I can optimize with this information?

Hard to say without knowing what kind of setup you have.
One basic aspect is to hide stuff that is not 100% necessary for the pages initial load.

This has nothing to do with Bubble or your app setup.
You are loading almost 4MB of external javascript libreries (some sort of web3 stuff) with just 2 files in that list. Plus other external libraries, plus all Bubble’s code.
If you need all of that for your business logic then you need to accept that your app is not meant to be good for web vitals metrics. In this case you may want to consider to move your SEO pages somewhere else.
This makes the most sense. I’ll load that on a separate page.
