@fede.bubble Could you check this please, we have had the problem for some time and the status page shows that the systems are working correctly. My Bug Report is #3213

Is the issue resolved already ? The status page doesn’t reflect this problem and I got multiple messages from customers about it.

For me it started working normally again in the last 30 minutes.

The status page graphics seem to reflect the same

Is there a way for me to put this graph on my website as well so that my customers can check that before messaging me?

They will always message you first. :sweat_smile:

Personally, I prefer that the user sends the message. It means your product is important to them. It’s a good time to be helpful and build a relationship where they can feel cared for.

Furthermore, a spike in this graph does not necessarily mean that your system is out, it represents the platform as a whole.

@NOcodeTREE I will try to think this way while my phone is ringing when bubble is down ^^
@mano regarding this, i was thinking of creating an automation, when i receive a down alert from bubble by email, create a notification on my bubble app…

It’s been stable for the last hour.

Another problem seems to have occurred (it even led to the opening of another topic) but it didn’t seem related to the first problem since the behavior was quite different.

So far I have not received a response to the bug report.

That’s why we only respond to users via instant messages.

Phone ringing makes everything more stressful

Some elements on my page, as well as some specific data types, are still not loading, even though Bubble said the issues have been resolved on the status page.

Anyone else?

Same here… Data is not being loaded…

It seems to be an issue with elasticsearch.

My Live environment continues to have loading issues. Bubble seems to be unaware of this…support has not responded yet.
