Well then they should have 2 people watching the inbox 24/7. One to escalate the shitshow and one to respond to the shitshow.
I like your positivity man, Bubble could wipe all our credit cards clean in one night and you’d probably say 'Well yes they deserve a bonus for all the hard work they have been doing"
I don’t think its a good idea to attempt any edits right now on our apps, looks like we all down,
I’ve looked at the Cloudflare status and they are performing maintenance , but bubble status page shows all green and good?
Well, considering 99% of service outages are unplanned… I don’t think that’s possible. No tech company plans for their platform to just stop working out of the blue. There are always protocols in place to minimize downtime during routine maintenance or migrations. This definitely isn’t that.
Something tells me they’re keeping a lid on it until they figure out exactly what’s going on.
Builds fail for code solutions as well. Asking for 100% uptime for a platform is impossible and just because it’s no-code doesn’t guarantee it. Platforms that have been built with code also fail. So we want 100% uptime without a team of dedicated engineers to work on code lol? It’s not gonna happen.
It’s not a question of the system being 100% up and running 24/7, but at least when it fails, and there is a forum to report bugs and questions are asked, we simply ask that someone who is working for that company, deigns to say, “Hey, buddy, we know, we’re working on it to fix it as soon as possible.”
No, no one here is asking for 100% uptime. Where did you see that? All we ask is that these issues doesn’t keep happening every few months. And if they are unable to do that much, at least have the necessary resources in place to better handle issues like this, which has become very common to Bubble users.
