Wow @fayewatson this is exactly what I am looking for!!! Thank you very much to take the time and work to build it and explain it!! Really appreciate it.

Now, I’m cheching it, to fit the data structure and build the workflows you just made, on my app.
Just one little detail, I see that in the workflows panel you set customs states. And to be honest I havent worked with these. What forum post or documentation do you recommend so I can understand and implement it?

Custom states are a little confusing at first, but it definitely becomes easier once you practice setting them up a few times! Here are a few examples:
