Shoutout to Bubble's technical support specialists

Just wanted to say that it’s really nice to get detailed answers from humans instead of AI-generated slop. It’s clear that they take the time to go and talk to the engineers for certain questions instead of just copy and pasting stuff from a wiki. I can’t think of a recent experience with a SaaS platform where I’ve had support on this level. Please don’t ever downscale or get rid of this department, this is a big differentiator for Bubble.

I can confirm this 1000%. Part of the team works from our offices and I see them all the time asking questions around.

Hopefully you guys keep it this way and don’t end up prioritizing KPIs and metrics over actual functional support. I’d rather wait a few days for a real response than have a rapid useless response within 24 hours.
