Show repeating group differently based on the user

I’m creating an application that shows a list of phrases via a repeating group.

It allows multiple users to have accounts, but each user will see different phrases in the list. As an admin, I should be able to select which “list of phrases” each user should be able to see in the repeating group.

Currently, I’m struggling to work out how to do this within the database.

For example I should be able to set “David” to see list 1 and “Joanne” to see list 2. I can then go into the admin and change “David” to see list 3 at any point.

How can I do this within the database and displaying it on the front end?

Hi @james.hutchinson92 ,
You can do one of the following:
1 - Add a field in your database to determine the list should be displayed to which users
2 - Apply conditions on the RepeatingGroup itself so when user “David” is the current user, then change the data source OR limit the list OR choose the list to be displayed.

Hope this helps !
