Every single informational element that I’m using is translated with App Text feature.
Recently I’ve added SlideBar Menu to my website and now I’m trying to make this menu functional, BUT looks like Menu is not reacting when App Text is clicked.
So I’m expecting that when I’m opening menu on any language - action would be the same, but menu is just not reacting.

When you said ‘not reacting’ you mean the menu appear empty on another language? If it is the case, you must check the language setting to be sure to translate the good one. For example, French has couple of different setup.
By “no reacting” I mean - menu item is displayed as expected (Translated), but “Only When SidebaMenu current option is” action is not working.
There’s 2 more Menu plugin available. I used one of them (Just to validate). When you remove AppText it work?
Both plugins are paid.
When I remove AppText - everything working as expected.
Maybe it’s time to make a bug report on that one. Have you tried to execute without other plugins installed?
edit: You must know that it cost nothing to try any paid plugins.
Looks like there is a “bug” if there is an icon with [fa] code. Without [fa] in menu - translation with AppText works.
Found a workaround: when using icons you should select criteria “contains” instead of “is”
You might be able to make this slideable menu stuff easier & more comprehensive using this plugin
