What’s the best/easiest way to set up a “sign-up with Google” thing?

This video is great. The only problem i’ve run into is at 6:30 of the video where it is required to set an support email but it doesn’t let you select an email that isn’t the same as the account your signed up with Which is annoying because my account email is different to the business’s support email. Solutions?

Maybe you can you start over with the right email adress ?
If your support email isn’t a gmail adress, you can always link that email to a gmail account.
It was a while ago now, but I’m pretty sure I solved this by setting up a Google group and then assigning an email address to it like support@domain.com and then just having that routed to an inbox of my choice. Then I had access to it that specific dropdown

If i get people to sign-up with google does that workflow still allow for me to collect user’s first name, last name, and email address into my database?
