Slidebar menu only showing up on indedx page.. not other pages, what am I missing?

Basically, I have a slidebar menu in my header, it is there on the index page… but not on other pages… I can see it when i am designing the page… but when I go to responsive, it is gone.

There are no “loged in/out” rules in place…

I’m sure this is just some thing I am overlooking to click.

Ok, bizarre, it is working/showing up on like 1/2 my pages. I have non conditional logic in the pages, or header…
