SMS API action stopped showing the SMS text field

I’m reaching out for assistance with an issue in the workflow editor. Specifically, the field that allows editing the text of an SMS API action is not displaying. Below are the details:

What I Did:

The API action was working properly before the following changes. I believe the changes I made don’t warrant this issue, still below they are:

  • Made changes to the data type for the phone number receiving SMS.
  • Renamed the API to a shorter name and reinitialized the API call.
  • Deleted the plugin attached to this specific API (it wasn’t useful the way I set-up the API)

What I Expected:

  • I expected to be able to edit the SMS text.

What Happened:

  • The editing field for the SMS text did not appear when selecting the “send-SMS” action in the workflow.
  • Only the condition field (“only when”) is visible.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open the backend workflow.
  2. Unfold the “notifications” workflow folder.
  3. Click on SMS_New student notification.

Would greatly appreciate a resolution or workaround to handle this.

I have filed a ticket to bubble support but this is a bit urgent.
