I’d be careful recommending templates here. Aside from the fact that the OP listed AI and Push notifications as explicitly out of scope, templates are usually the wrong move for a project requiring strict ownership.
In my opinion, marketplace templates are notoriously bloated with unused elements. They rarely fit the specific use case perfectly, and you end up spending more time reverse-engineering the author’s logic than if you just built it yourself.

When the founder/client is not experienced with PRD, Use cases, Design … I guess everybody had such clients, who have a vision but not too many details, and need an MVP, I prefer to suggest to them to choose a template.
