[Solved] Edit a task in a repeating group

Hi

I have set up tasks to be input, then shown after saved in the repeating group. The task has a name and date at the moment only.
I have setup another group (as per Nigel G’s posts to other people having similar issues) to allow each task to be edited one by one, and yet I cannot seem to get mine working.
In order to have the options to edit each task name and date, I do not know how to get a button/group/workflow to trigger it.

Hope you can help - watched the video on repeating group data but it does not go on to this more advanced front-end data edit.

It’d be really great to have a link to the editor to take a look. Without that, or at least some screenshots, it’s hard to know exactly where your issue may be. Could you post a link?

Have you done the lesson on sending data to a group. It sounds like what you’re trying to do.

I have - it does not cover editing lines in the group to be able to change task/date in there unfortunately

That link works perfectly. Currently, @raymond is in there, but the work I see him doing has (I think) solved you question.

Thank you - I got the logic now - very good!!
I also added the dependancy field back in and it appears to be working just as I wanted. Very good, very quick and thank you again !

@tidmanpaul have a look at the example in the Air Dev widgets page. It might give you some ideas of what you can do.
