Sort by list thing of thing name

Anybody help to find-out Sorting the list of thing of thing Name.
Example:

Table: Users
Fields :
Name (Text field),
Role(Roles table)

Table: Roles
Fields:
Name(Text)

How can we sorting the role name in the list of users?
