Stripe customer created in Stripe, however Customer ID in bubble empty

I’m using the Stripe and the Stripe Customer Portal plugins.

Using Stripe Customer Portal I can create a user in Stripe (live mode), however the user back in Bubble still has an empty Stripe Customer ID.

Previously in dev mode the bubble user’s Stripe Customer ID was populated when they created a Stripe user in test mode.

Anyone know why in live mode none of this information in Stripe is being saved to the user in Bubble?

I found a way around this by creating a field in the User in my Bubble database and saving their Stripe ID there. However I’m still interested to know if there is a way around this and accessing everything as expected
