It only becomes helpful. If you need to expand what’s available with Bubble or the plugin marketplace. It’s good to have web development. Best practices in mine but that doesn’t mean you need to know any JavaScript, HTML and CSS to be able to build an app in bubble
For an absolute standard in web development like 100vh for sections you need a basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
Many things come up where, unless you have web development knowledge, it would never make sense how it is in the bubble editor. For example, z index of floating groups. If you don’t know about the z index css property, it all seems like magic and you don’t really learn anything
